By installing and/or using this product, you acknowledge these risks and agree that you operate and use the product, and your watercraft, entirely at your own risk.

By purchasing, installing, or using any JetLab3D product, you acknowledge that personal watercraft accessories are used in a marine environment involving inherent risks, including but not limited to collision, loss of control, mechanical failure, and other water-related hazards. You assume full and complete responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage arising from the purchase, installation, or use of JetLab3D products, whether arising from the negligence of JetLab3D or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JetLab3D, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, loss of use, or loss of the product itself — resulting from:

• Improper installation or use of any product;
• Use of a product for any purpose other than its intended application;
• Modification, misuse, or wrongful application of any product;
• Normal wear and tear, exposure to conditions beyond the product's rated tolerances, or failure to follow the instructions provided with the product.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, including contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other basis, except where such a limitation is prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JetLab3D, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your installation, modification, or use of any JetLab3D product. This includes claims brought by a third party — such as a passenger, another rider, or a bystander — for injury, death, or property damage arising from improper installation, misuse, or wrongful application of the product. This indemnification obligation survives completion of your purchase and continues after any termination of your relationship with JetLab3D.

JetLab3D accessories are aftermarket products. They are not certified, endorsed, tested, or approved by any original equipment manufacturer, boating authority, coast guard, maritime regulator, or other governing body. It is the sole responsibility of the user to determine whether the installation and use of any JetLab3D product complies with applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements in their jurisdiction. JetLab3D assumes no liability for any fines, penalties, equipment failures, accidents, or other consequences arising from noncompliance with local, state, federal, or international regulations, or from any determination made by a governing or regulatory body.

Because our products are custom-printed and precision-fitted to each application, we do not offer refunds, replacements, or credits except where the customer provides documented proof that the product arrived damaged or defective at the time of delivery. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence of the damage. Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product's intended application is not eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit.

This policy does not affect any statutory legal guarantee rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Spain or the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country of residence, which may separately entitle you to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund for goods that are defective. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, limit, or waive those statutory rights.

JetLab3D is based in Spain and ships its products internationally. This Liability Waiver & Disclaimer is governed by the laws of Spain. Nothing in this page is intended to exclude, limit, or waive any right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, limited, or waived under the mandatory consumer protection, product liability, or product safety laws of your country of residence or the country where the product is installed or used. If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be unenforceable under those laws, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
